FUEL LINE/FUEL PIPING

engine komatsuFuel line atau saluran fuel pada CRI fuel system terdiri dari low fuel pressure circuit dan high fuel pressure circuit. Aliran fuel low pressure circuit berfungsi untuk mengalirkan fuel dari fuel tank sampai high pump. Komponen – komponen pada low fuel pressure circuit terdiri dari feed pump dengan tipe trochoid pump, priming pump dan fuel filter. Sedangkan aliran high fuel pressure circuit terdiri dari high pressure pump yang diatur oleh PCV solenoid valve, common rail dan injector.

FUEL FILTER

fuel filter 2Fuel filter pada CRI Fuel system terletak antara bypass valve (dari fuel tank) dan high pressure pump. Fuel filter berfungsi untuk menyaring kotoran atau partikel partikel fuel. Fuel filter mempunyai filtering area sebesar 1 m2. Fuel filter juga mempunyai air bleed plug. Plug tersebut digunakan pada saat melakukan proses bleeding udara pada fuel system.

Fuel cooler pada CRI fuel system terletak antara fuel tank dan fuel supply pump. Fuel cooler berfungsi untuk menjaga temperature fuel yang akan diinjeksikan ke ruang bakar. Fuel pada fuel cooler didinginkan menggunakan media udara.
